Those first few days with your new baby are such a whirlwind of love, cuddles, tiny details... and probably a little exhaustion too, right!?

 

It’s such a special time, but one that passes incredibly quickly. Those tiny fingers, little toes, sleepy stretches and squishy newborn features don’t stay tiny for long, which is why newborn photographs become so precious - I know this only too well with having two gorgeous girls of my own!

 

My newborn sessions are carefully planned around you and your baby, along with any siblings who may be joining in, creating a beautiful collection of images for you to look back on for years to come. 

 

Your session will be styled to suit your own preferences, with a lovely selection of handmade outfits, wraps, props and sets available. Whether you prefer soft neutrals, earthy tones, something a little darker or a touch of colour, we can create something that feels completely you.

 

For those gorgeous sleepy, curled-up newborn photographs, I recommend booking your session for when baby is around 5-12 days old where possible. We’ll usually pencil in a date around 1 week after your due date, but don’t worry, I know babies don’t always arrive to schedule! We can simply move your session date around if needed.

 

Most importantly, your baby’s safety and comfort will ALWAYS come first. I am newborn safety trained and your little one will only ever be posed in safe, comfortable positions throughout their session, and NEVER be forced into anything they aren’t comfortable with. My newborn style is naturally quite relaxed when it comes to posing anyway, so I always work gently around your baby and what they are comfortable with.
